A local player who was with United for eight years, Kevin Brock was an accomplished wide midfielder who featured in the Glory Years of the mid-1980s. Brock was able to whip balls into the penalty area for the strikers and showed good pace on the wing. His contribution to Oxford’s success was recognised when he won four England under-21 caps in 1984.
