Oxford United are seeking to appoint an Academy Manager to oversee the management, strategic development, and operations of the club’s Category 3 Academy.
This is an important and strategic role within the club as it is our strategy to continue to promote and develop players from the Academy to the First Team.
You will be responsible for managing the full and part time staff within the club’s Academy staffing structure and will have the responsibility for guiding the ongoing philosophy.
The successful candidate will be expected to sit on the club’s Technical Committee, which is responsible for delivering the clear objectives set by the board.
