Easter Monday action in OX4

31 March 2024

Oxford United are back on home soil this Easter Monday for the 3pm kick-off, as Fleetwood Town arrive at the Kassam in Sky Bet League One action.

Oxford United are back on home soil this Easter Monday as Fleetwood Town arrive at the Kassam in Sky Bet League One action, kicking off at 3pm.

TEAM NEWS

Will Goodwin was not fit enough to return to the squad for the draw with Shrewsbury, however the manager says the striker is ‘50/50’ for Monday afternoon.

There were not fresh injury concerns during Friday’s game, where Marcus Browne and Tyler Goodhram continued their return to fitness with both featuring from the bench.

THE OPPOSITION

Fleetwood Town are without a win in their previous four fixtures, with their most recent result a 2-1 home defeat against Cheltenham on Friday.

Under the management of Charlie Adam, Fleetwood are currently 23rd in the table as they look to try and stave off relegation.

Oxford won the previous fixture this season in September through an impressive 3-0 win, with goals from Stanley Mills, Billy Bodin and Kyle Edwards.

Parking
The stadium has unreserved spaces for around 2,000 cars at each game. Parking is free of charge and on a first come, first served basis. Away supporters should head for west car park B1 or B2.
