Oxford United’s pre-season continues to take shape with a friendly game away at Bristol Rovers the latest match to be announced.
The game at the Memorial Stadium on Saturday 31st July will kick off at 1pm but is a test event for Rovers who have not had a game with fans at the ground since lockdown started.
For that reason it will be HOME FANS ONLY but the clubs are discussing the possibility of streaming the game.
The U’s kick off pre-season away at Oxford City, with two further behind closed doors friendlies to be confirmed before they play a unique ‘double header’ against Peterborough United at the Kassam Stadium on Tuesday 27th - back to back games at 5.45pm and 8pm.
Both games will again be behind closed doors but will be streamed, full details to follow.
