Oxford United Under-17s get their PDL Cup campaign underway with a trip to Brentford on Tuesday evening.
A tournament which saw United impress last season, the young boys eventually fell short in an eventful Round of 16 tie with Swansea City.
The run saw them beat Bournemouth 5-3 in an absolute thriller to qualify for the knockouts. They also overcame Portsmouth at home and were held to a 0-0 draw against local rivals Swindon Town.
This season, the side will travel to Brentford, before home fixtures against Forest Green Rovers and MK Dons.
The team will consist mostly of 1st year Scholars and Under-16s, giving these boys a good opportunity to showcase their talent in a Cup competition.
Kick off tomorrow will be at 7:00 PM in Brentford.
