Oxford United can confirm that Sam Rose has left his role as Women’s First Team Manager by mutual consent.
Since joining the Club in November 2023, Sam has played an important role in the continued progression of Oxford United Women, overseeing a period of significant development both on and off the pitch, including the transition to a hybrid professional model.
Oxford United would like to place on record its sincere thanks to Sam for his professionalism, dedication, and contribution throughout his tenure.
The current backroom team will now take charge of the Women’s First Team on a temporary basis, including for tonight’s fixture away to AFC Bournemouth.
