The game will be played at the Kassam Stadium with admission prices set at £8 for adults and £4 concessions (includes a free match programme).
United last met City in the final in 2005, when the U's ran out 3-1 winners.
Oxford United will play Oxford City in the Oxfordshire Senior Cup final on Wednesday 1st May, kick-off 7.45pm.
