Oxford United Women can confirm that Coach George Anthony has left the club to take up a full time position at a Barclays Women’s Championship club.
George has been coaching with the First Team this season after taking over as Head Coach in the interim earlier in the campaign.
He also was instrumental in the success of the Development Squad, having been Head Coach since their inception and guiding them to a League and Cup double last year before stepping up to the First Team.
Everybody at Oxford United is delighted for George and we wish him all the best for the future.
