Oxford United’s international players have enjoyed a strong start to the Nations League with their respective countries as they prepare for the final games of the current international window.
Four United players are away on international duty during the extended break, which will see the Yellows go two weeks without a game.
Last night, Mark Harris made his first appearance of the international period, coming off the bench to help Wales secure an impressive 2-1 victory over Norway in Cardiff.
Ciaron Brown has started both of Northern Ireland’s games so far, while Brodie Spencer has featured from the bench in both matches. The pair helped their country to an impressive 1-0 away win against Georgia before a goalless draw with Hungary.
Meanwhile, Kai Andrews captained the Wales Under-21 side in their 1-0 defeat to Belgium. Kai is next in action on Tuesday night when Wales Under-21s face Austria Under-21s in the European Championship qualifiers.
Northern Ireland are in action tonight against Ukraine, before their final game of the window sees them host Georgia on Monday.
Wales are also at home on Sunday, with Denmark the visitors.
Well done, boys, and good luck in your final games!
