Oxford United can confirm changes to its Board, with the appointment of two directors and a new Chair.
Rudi Laksmana and Dusan Bogdanovic have joined the Board of Oxford United Football Club, effective as of today. As part of these changes, Dusan Bogdanovic has been appointed as the Club’s new Chair, succeeding Grant Ferguson.
These appointments reflect Oxford United’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership, governance and long-term planning as the Club looks ahead positively to the future.
After four years as Chairman, Grant Ferguson will step down from the role but will remain on the Club’s Board. During his tenure as Chair, Grant has played an important role in supporting the Club through a period of significant progress. The Board would like to thank him for his dedication, leadership and contribution during his time in the position.
Dusan Bogdanovic brings extensive experience to the role, having served at board and executive level across professional sporting environments. His appointment, together with the addition of Rudi Laksmana to the Board, are part of the Club’s ongoing commitment to driving football performance, improving strategic direction and progression both on and off the pitch.
