Oxford United would like to provide an update regarding the recent issues affecting match audio streaming on the Oxford United App.
We are aware that some supporters experienced difficulties accessing the match audio service via the official Club App. Over the past week, we have been working closely with our service providers to investigate and address these issues. Following a series of tests, we are confident that the problems have now been resolved.
We would like to thank all affected supporters for their patience and those who took the time to report their experiences. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services.
We encourage supporters to continue using the Oxford United App as their primary home for both audio and video streaming, and to report any future issues so we can act quickly and ensure a smooth and reliable experience for everyone.
