Oxford United can confirm that midfielder Marselino Ferdinan has joined Slovakian club AS Trenčín on loan until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old Indonesian international will head to Slovakia to gain valuable first-team experience in the Slovak First Football League.
Marselino signed with United last summer, following a spell in Belgium with Deinze. He made history by becoming the first Indonesian-born player to appear in the Sky Bet Championship, coming off the bench against Swansea City on the final day of the 2024/25 season.
We wish Lino all the best during his time in Slovakia.
