Oxford United are delighted to announce the signing of young midfielder Kaya Halil, following a successful trial.
The 19-year-old will be part of the Under-21s squad as they look to build upon their strong start to the 2025/26 season.
A creative midfielder, Kaya’s previous clubs include Tottenham Hotspur and Brentford, and he is aiming to progress further at the U’s.
He said: “The boys have been very good to me. From the first day, they welcomed me and made me feel part of the team.
“I’m a creative player who will excite and give my all. I hope to get in and around the First Team, impress and do all I can.”
Oxford United Under-21s have enjoyed an unbeaten start in the Central League, with two wins and one draw so far.

"Since arriving, Kaya has impressed us with his attitude and his performances, and we're looking forward to seeing what he can achieve in an Oxford United shirt."
