Looking to solidify their position at the top of the table, the Young U’s will make the long trip up to Preston North End on Tuesday.
The Under-21s returned to league action last week with a competitive draw against a strong Notts County side.
Oxford have had a successful unbeaten run in the league so far, seeing them winning four out of their six games. Despite their impressive record, other teams are hot on their tail, especially Mansfield Town who have won three out of three and will be looking to make the most of their games in hand.
Tomorrow sees the two Championship clubs competing against each other at Under-21 level for the first time. The hosts currently sit fifth in the table and will be looking to pick up their third win of the season.
Kick off is at 2:00pm in Preston, tomorrow Tuesday 3 March and is a great chance for United to extend a gap at the top of the table.
