Oxford United welcome Stevenage to the Kassam Stadium on Friday evening, and we’re excited to support the Bicester ECU Cheerleading squad with their fundraising efforts for their upcoming European Championships competition in Italy.
The Cheerleading Squad will be in attendance at the game on Friday performing outside the South Stand and on the pitch before kick-off, looking to raise money for their European trip in the summer.
Bicester ECU was established in March 2013. Since then, they have won many national champion titles, earning their place at European competitions. Their higher-level squad teams have travelled to Croatia, Germany, and The Netherlands representing the UK in the sport they know and love!
The squad prides itself on being a friendly, all-inclusive team, making a positive impact on young people's lives, and promoting both good physical and mental health.
The teams excelled back in March at the National Championships in Manchester, subsequently qualifying for the European Championships held in Italy at the end of June 2024. Bicester ECU becomes TEAM UK!
Bicester ECU are taking their highest number of athletes to represent Bicester and the UK which is why they need your help! Any donations will be put directly towards the athletes' training kits, competition fees, and any equipment needed for their journey.
