Nathan Holland Rejoins Oxford United

West Ham winger returns to the U's

29 July 2021

Oxford United are delighted to announce that winger Nathan Holland has returned to the club on a season-long loan from West Ham United.

Nathan, now 23, enjoyed a very successful loan at the U’s two seasons ago: his last game for the club was away at Shrewsbury in the last match before covid affected the end of the 2019/20 season, while an outstanding goal against Newcasle United really underlined his potential.

He told us:

“I loved my time here before and jumped at the chance to come back. It’s a little bit a case of unfinished business because of the way it ended before, but I am fit, have worked hard in pre-season and played all of the games so I feel like I am ready to go.”

Karl Robinson said

“It’s a fantastic signing for us. He has pace, he scores goal and he fitted in so well last time. He has been on a lot of club’s radar and we think he is only going to get better so we welcome him back and look forward to working with him again.”

Nathan has come back to the U’s for the new season. Be part of it. Back where U’s Belong: Season tickets available HERE
