Season Ticket holders get codes to see the U's take on Crewe

30 September 2020

Season Ticket holders have today been sent the codes to enable them to watch Saturday's Sky Bet League 1 game against Crewe Alexandra for free.

The code and full information has been sent to the email address registered with the club, and will give you access to watch the U’s clash with Crewe at no extra cost.

We have put together a video guide, showing information on how to redeem your code, we would strongly advise all supporters watch this and go through the process at your earliest convenience.

Written instructions on how to redeem your code can be found by CLICKING HERE

We hope that the video provides you with all the information you require to successfully redeem your code, however if you have any further questions please refer to the following FAQs

If you have any queries regarding your code (ie, it doesn't work or you haven't received one), please get in touch with iFollow@oufc.co.uk as soon as possible and we will be able to look into this for the supporter. For the Sunderland game we had lots of fans getting in touch in the final 30 minutes before kick-off, which meant they may have missed out on some of the action.

We had a small group of supporters who clicked 'Pay' before clicking 'Apply' to activate their code, this resulted in the fan being charged £10 when they shouldn't have done.
We'd ask fans to pay particular attention at this stage to ensure that they aren't being unnecessarily charged.

I haven’t received my code, what do I do?
In the first instance, please check your junk/spam folder to see if the email can be located there.
If the email is still not visible, you may not have received it due to one of three reasons:
1.The club do not have an email address associated with your account
2.The club have an outdated or dormant email address associated with your account
3.The club’s email service provider has marked your email address as suppressed
If this is the case, please email ifollow@oufc.co.uk as soon as possible with the following information
First Name and Surname
Your Fan Number
The email address you would like to receive future communications to

The club will then update your email information whilst also sending across your Crewe iFollow code manually. The club would kindly ask supporters to avoid ringing the Ticket Office where possible.

I have multiple Season Tickets using my email address, will I only get one code?
No, you should receive a code for each individual supporter who holds a Season Ticket. For example, if you are a parent with two children and they all share your email address, you should receive three separate emails with three separate codes.

Can I create multiple iFollow accounts with the same email address?
No, you will need to use a unique email address to create each individual iFollow account. Please remember that you iFollow login is separate to the one you would use for OUFCTickets.co.uk.

I already have an iFollow account setup, do I need to create a new account to redeem my code?
No, you will be able to redeem your code using an existing iFollow account.

Can I watch the match on a tablet or phone?
Yes, once you have redeemed your code on a PC, you will be able to watch the match on a tablet or compatible smart phone by downloading the ‘EFL iFollow’ app by CLICKING HERE

I’ve setup my account but my stream isn’t working, what do I do?
You should contact the EFL directly for all matchday enquiries relating directly to your stream. Please email ifollow@efl.com to get in touch with the central team.
