Oxford United have put together the following guide to assist you when using your iFollow code for Saturday’s Sky Bet League 1 fixture with Sunderland and beyond

1.Registration
Go to the oufc.co.uk homepage and hover over the ‘Matches’ button in the top dialogue box.
Click on fixtures and scroll down to the match live centre where you will find the ‘Buy a video match pass’ button in the right-hand corner. Click there.
Here you have the option to sign in or register an account, please note this is not the same account as your log in to oufctickets.co.uk.
If you do not already have an iFollow account click ‘REGISTER’ and fill out the form with the necessary details to create your account.
If you do have an iFollow account, fill in your iFollow email address and password and click to sign in.
You will see your match pass in the basket on the right side of your screen.
Note: each individual account registered on iFollow will need a unique email address assigned to it.
2.Using your unique iFollow code
Each Season Ticket holder the club can contact by email should have received their code on Wednesday. At this point, you can enter your unique code into the ‘Apply voucher code’ section of your basket. This will update your basket to a value of £0, at which point you will need to enter card details and click ‘Pay’ to complete your zero value purchase. Please take extra care to ensure your discount has been applied before confirming this stage.
If you don’t receive your code, please check your spam/junk folder in the first instance to see if the email can be located there. If your email is still not visible, you may not have received the email due to one of three reasons:
1.The club do not have an email address associated with your account
2.The club have an outdated or dormant email address associated with your account
3.The club’s email service provider has marked your email address as suppressed
If this is the case, please email ifollow@oufc.co.uk with the following information
First Name and Surname
Your Fan Number
The email address you would like to receive future communications to
The club will then update your email information whilst also sending across your Sunderland iFollow code manually. The club would kindly ask supporters to avoid ringing the Ticket Office where possible.
3.Watching the Sunderland match on Saturday
The stream for Saturday’s fixture with Sunderland is due to begin from 2pm. To begin watching, head to the Matchday Live section and click the ‘Watch Live’ button. The stream will then begin and you’ll be able to enjoy the game!
