Your questions answered on 2019/20 season tickets

Following today's announcement of how to help the U's regarding season ticket refunds we have compiled a list of questions which we think fans will find useful:

FAQs for ST Rebate
When is the deadline for me to decide what I want to do?
The deadline for letting us know what you wish to do with your rebate is 5pm on Tuesday 16th June.

I would like to waive my rebate to keep the money within the club – what do I do?
Absolutely nothing. All supporters who wish to waive their rebate have no action to take. We will assume that all supporters who do not fill in one of the following forms before 5pm on Tuesday 16th June wishes to keep their money within the club.

I would like to use my rebate balance to go towards my 2020/21 Season Ticket – what do I do?
If you would like to use your 2019/20 Season Ticket rebate amount to go towards your 2020/21 Season Ticket or Match Tickets, please fill out our ticketing credit form by clicking here. Please take extra care to ensure that all the information provided is 100% accurate, as mistakes could result in your credit not being added.

I would like to request a refund for the rebate amount – what do I do?
To receive a refund for your 2019/20 Season Ticket rebate amount, please fill out our refund form by clicking here. Please take extra care to ensure that all the information provided is 100% accurate, as mistakes could result in your refund not being fulfilled. Your refund will take a minimum of 8 weeks to return to your account.

I would like to spread my rebate across waive, credit and refund – can I do this?
Unfortunately not. We would love to be able to offer this facility, but due to multiple factors this isn’t possible at this time. In the short term we have some fantastic opportunities coming up for U’s fans to support the club financially during our play-off campaign, so keep your eyes peeled for further information in due course.

Can I call up or visit the stadium to request my credit or refund?
Unfortunately not. Due to Covid-19 related restrictions, we are not in a position to accommodate phone calls or in person correspondence with the club, so the only way you can make your request is by filling out one of the forms outlined above.

Can I fill out the form on behalf of other supporters?
Yes. We understand that supporters may wish to fill out the form for their children or perhaps someone they know who doesn’t have access to a computer. We are hoping that our loyal U’s fan base will rally round to help those in need, the only element we must insist upon is that you make sure the information submitted is 100% accurate.

How do I find out my rebate amount?
Supporters who we hold a valid email for will receive a communication that outlines their rebate amount and the different options available to them. If you don’t receive this email, you can calculate your rebate in the following way:

Season Ticket holders
The amount you paid for your 2019/20 Season Ticket divided by 23 and multiplied by 5
For example, if you paid £230 for your Season Ticket:
£230 ÷ 23 = £10
£10 x 5 = £50 - this is your rebate amount

Half Season Ticket holders
The amount you paid for your 2019/20 Half Season Ticket divided by 12 and multiplied by 5
For example, if you paid £240 for your Half Season Ticket:
£240 ÷ 12 = £20
£20 x 5 = £100 - this is your rebate amount

I think the rebate amount in the email I received is wrong – how do I check?
If you believe there has been an error with your rebate amount, please email ST2020@oufc.co.uk quoting your Member Number, the amount quoted in your email, and the amount you believe to be correct.

I filled out one of the forms, but I think I entered something incorrectly – what should I do?
Please do not fill out the form for a second time. If you believe you have made an error, please email ST2020@oufc.co.uk stating your correct information, and we will update your record accordingly.

I have a Season Ticket in the 1893 Club – can I sort out my rebate now?
At this stage we are only providing rebate options for supporters who have a general admission 2019/20 Season Ticket. We will however be in touch with all of our valued 1893 Club supporters as soon as we can.

I have a Hospitality Season Ticket – can I sort out my rebate now?
Hospitality supporters can expect contact from their Account Manager in the coming weeks to discuss their rebate options. Thank you for your patience at this time.

I don’t have a 2019/20 Season Ticket, but I bought some home match tickets – when can I expect information on my rebate?
Firstly, thank you for your patience during this time. At this stage we are prioritising 2019/20 Season Ticket rebates, however you can rest assured you will have the same options available to you in due course. As soon as we have further information, we will contact supporters.

I don’t have a 2019/20 Season Ticket, but I bought some away match tickets – when can I expect information on my rebate?
Supporters who had purchased tickets to the club’s away fixtures with Wycombe Wanderers or Rochdale will receive a refund in due course. Thank you for your patience at this time, we will be in touch as soon as we can provide further information.
