We are delighted to have one of the best young players the club has ever produced as our special guest at the Manor Club on Wednesday (1st November).
Jamie Brooks was a precocious talent, making his debut at the Manor and then top scoring in his first full season as the club moved to Grenoble Road. The scorer of United’s first ever league goal at their new home, Jamie remains a hero around here and will also be our guest when the Manor Club meets on Wednesday 1st November at 12 noon.
The Manor Club, for supporters aged 60 and over, meets on the first Wednesday of every month for a talk from a former player and a bite to eat. It takes place at the Cowley Workers Social Club and is bound to be well attended, so please book your place in advance from the Oxford United ticket office in person or online at www.oufctickets.co.uk or by calling 01865 337533.
