The OUFC Safety Team are looking to recruit additional Matchday Stewards

Would you like to be a part of the success at Oxford United by becoming a match day steward? The Safety Team are looking to recruit colleagues to support the safe delivery of a match day operation. This process forms part of the vision to increase the number of staff directly employed by the Club.

Full training will be given leading to an NVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification. Applicants should be over 18 years of age, a good level of fitness, have good communication skills, drive, enthusiasm and the ability to work either individually or as part of a team.

A match day fixture shift consists of between 5 and 6 hours; it attracts a competitive salary.

Initial enrolment is scheduled for 25th February 2017.

Further posts supporting the match day operation at the Club will be advertised over the coming months.

Any additional details can be obtained from Ian Mixter [Interim Safety Officer] on imixter@oufc.co.uk using the heading ‘Interest: Match Day Staff.’
