Under-18s in FA Youth Cup action at Northcourt Road
Oxford United under-18s take on neighbours Kidlington in the FA Youth Cup first round at Abingdon United's Northcourt Road on Tuesday 3rd November (kick off 7.45pm).Last season in this competition United beat Bristol City and Swindon Town at the Kassam Stadium before going out at Manchester City in the third round.
Kidlington, who have never played Oxford in the FA Youth Cup, reached this stage with victories over Basingstoke Town, Highmoor Ibis, Harrow Borough and Bath City to reach the first round for the first time in their history.
With an away tie at either Exeter City or AFC Bournemouth awaiting the winners, this is sure to be a fiercely contested cup fixture, so come along and support the youth team and take advantage of the excellent hospitality on offer at Northcourt Road, Abingdon OX14 1PL.
Turnstiles open at 7pm and admission is £5 for adults and £2 for under-16s and over-65s. A programme will be on sale for 50p (subject to availability).
