TEAM NEWS
Oxford United enter the FA Cup this Sunday with a tough looking game away at Braintree Town.

The U's are without defender Chey Dunkley through suspension and will wait on skipper Jake Wright's fitness after a back problem ruled him out of last week's 5-1 win at Stevenage. Head Coach Michael Appleton has added former Shrewsbury defender Cameron Gayle to the squad, and the ex West Brom trainee could be handed a debut, with Joe Skarz switching to centre half or youngster Robbie Cundy making a first appearance.

Benji Buchel will be in goal rather than Sam Slocombe and is also likely to stay in the team for the JPT game away at Dagenham on Wednesday evening.

See Jake Wright, Cameron Grant and Michael Appleton give their thoughts ahead of the game in Yellow Player where we will also have full commentary on the whole game.

THE OPPOSITION
Braintree are currently 5th in the Vanarama National League and are in good form coming into the match. Manager Danny Cowley took over at the Iron this summer after Alan Devonshire's four year reign, and the former Concord Rangers boss has assembled a strong squad at the Amlin Stadium. Striker Sean Marks, who recently passed 300 games for the club, is always a handful while skipper Kenny Davis is highly-rated in midfield. However it is the meanest defence in the division that has been the foundation for this season's success, with keeper Will Norris this week named the National League Player of the Month.

“The FA Cup tie a one-off game for us so there’s no pressure on us and it’s one we can really enjoy" Cowley told the Braintree and Witham Times.“It’s a fantastic challenge to see how far we have come.”

“It’s a fantastic game for us and one we’re thoroughly looking forward to, but we know Oxford are a very very good side."
