Oxford United supporters have responded brilliantly to the new lower season ticket prices for 2015/16 with over 1,000 tickets sold in the first nine days of sales.
Season ticket prices were reduced in all areas at the Kassam Stadium for the season ahead and with the good news this week that Kemar Roofe and Liam Sercombe are joining the U’s there has been a buzz around the club all week.
The two new faces will be joined by skipper Jake Wright, Joe Skarz, Danny Rose and Max Crocombe who have all agreed new deals with the U’s and that has meant genuine excitement with fans rushing to snap up season tickets.
One positive figure this week has been the number of new season tickets purchased. Over 20% of tickets sold have been to new or lapsed season ticket holders.
However, perhaps the most encouraging statistic is the number of #OX4Life tickets that have been sold. This new package means that young fans aged under 13 can buy a season ticket AND home shirt for just £49.
The #OX4Life deal is proving incredibly popular and with just 250 packages initially available supporters are advised to book early.

We couldn’t have wished for a better reaction to the Season Ticket prices and campaign and I’d like to thank the thousand or so supporters who have bought their seat in the first week of sales – this level of interest is unprecedented. It’s great to see that fans are as excited as we are about next season.
“We have already exceeded the number of under 13 season ticket holders that we had last year and are well on course to add over 100 new junior season ticket holders on our #Ox4Life package before the end of May.
“We’re also seeing a number of new season ticket holders as well as a high percentage of lapsed supporters coming back to us. It is an exciting time for the club and it is great to know that fans young and old will be right behind us for the new season.”
Season tickets start from just £239 for adults, £119 for concessions, and under 7s are FREE. Under 13s pay just £49 for a season ticket and home shirt as part of the #OX4Life package. A season ticket guarantees your seat for all 23 league games and gives you priority for any All Ticket games, home or away.

Finance packages are available, offering the chance to spread the cost with five or ten interest-free payments.
Existing season ticket holders have their seat reserved until Wed 10th June.
