New Kit Launch a Massive Success
The launch of the brand new Oxford United home and away kits for the 2014/15 season was a great success last night.
The new kits coincide with the launch of our new partnership with Avec Sport and will see them become the main kit supplier as well as to the women's team and continuing their support to our Centre of Excellence.
The new Yellow and Blue home shirt and White and Purple change kit went down extremely well with the invited guests at last night’s United in Business event at Malmaison, Oxford, as our gallery above shows.
Their launch saw the kit trending on Twitter and Commercial Director Tony Davison said:
“The kits have been really well received and it was a great launch for United in Business. Darryl Eales, Mark Ashton and Michael Appleton were there to meet fans and our business partners and the launch was extremely positive.
“A lot of work went in to finding the right designs. Working with Avec Sports means that we can wear bespoke kits - something specific to Oxford United. We will be unveiling the sponsor on the home shirt soon and it is great to be working with Isinglass on the change kit once again.”
The away kit will be worn for the first time at Farnborough in Saturday’s pre-season friendly.
Pre-orders will be sent out shortly before the kit is available to buy for the first time at the Oxford United Fun Day at the training ground on August 3rd, where you can watch a training session, meet the players and take part in loads of family activities.
Everyone who pre-orders either the home or away shirt by Friday 25th July will be placed into a draw to win one of three signed home shirts! So make sure you get your pre-orders in today by clicking here: http://www.yellows-clubshop.co.uk/home-replica
(Please note that any additional items ordered online with your pre-order will not be dispatched until your shirt is ready to be dispatched. We advise supporters to place a separate order if they require any of their additional items sooner.)
