United's youth team look to continue winning run

Oxford United under-18s are looking for their fourth successive win when they take on Yeovil Town at Roman Way tomorrow morning.

If you're unable to follow the first team at Rotherham tomorrow, why not pop along to the Rover Community Centre to watch the potential stars of the future in action, kick-off 11am. Entry is free and you will be able to see players such as James Roberts, who scored all four goals last time out against Cheltenham Town.

Coach Chris Allen told www.oufc.co.uk "This will be another good game. They compete and work hard, so it will be another good challenge for us. The lads need to learn that it's not just about getting it down and playing, which is important, but there's the other side of it as well; they need to go an make tackles and work hard." The team currently sit in second place in the South West Youth Alliance.

Also in second place in their league are Oxford United Ladies, who play in the South West Combination. This Sunday the Ladies entertain Keynsham Development LFC as Oxford go searching for their sixth consecutive victory. This game will also take place at Roman Way, kick-off 2pm, and entry is free.
