We are pleased to confirm that the dispatch of 2012/13 season tickets has now begun, with the first batch sent out on Friday and the entire fulfilment to be completed by the end of this week.
Season Tickets are dispatched on an individual basis, and this will happen in price band order. Therefore do not be alarmed if you receive part of your order on a separate day to the remainder (e.g. Junior season Tickets may arrive after Adults' even if at the same address.
All Season Tickets should arrive no later than Friday 3rd August. Please do not call to query delivery until Monday 6th August if your book has not arrived as it should arrive over the coming days.
If you are a LOUNGE Season Ticket holder, your car park passes are being sent out by the club separately, and these will be dispatched next week.
If you have paid by Zebra Finance (Direct Debit) and have not had your first payment taken, then your tickets are held at Oxford United until that process is complete. If you have not had your first payment taken, please query this with Zebra Finance on 0845 634 1199 as we are unable to release your Season Ticket until this process is complete.
