The third round of the FA Cup this weekend will see the U’s take on Blackburn Rovers Ladies at Court Place Farm.
After a strong second half performance against Cambridge United, which ended 4-0, the Yellows are aiming to take another step on the road to Wembley.
Blackburn Rovers, unbeaten in all competitions this season, will be a real test, but Liam Gilbert is confident that his team are prepared for the challenge:
"We've prepared really well for this match. Blackburn are a very strong team, but we know that we are as well and will go into this match with confidence high on the back of a great run ourselves. We know all about the season they've been having, but we believe we are a match for anyone on our day and we're expecting a really good game of football."
