The Club’s youngest-ever debutant at just 15 years old against Chelsea Under-21s, Leo Snowden enjoyed a remarkable Academy season, scoring 35 goals before earning his first professional contract.

Since signing, the forward has continued his rapid progression into the First Team, touring Indonesia with the squad in 2025 and being named Young Player of the Tournament.

This season, he's featured in Oxford United’s Carabao Cup tie away at Leyton Orient before making his League One debut coming off the bench away at Huddersfield Town.
