A hugely impressive player during his loan spell in the 2023/24 promotion success, the exciting 21-year-old forward quickly became a fan favourite with 27 appearances and seven goal involvements across all competitions. 

An integral part of that team, Mills committed his future to United in January 2024, putting pen to paper on a long-term contract.   

His first season in the Championship saw him begin to show his quality at that level and he will look to kick on and cement his place in the team in the season ahead.
