Jacob started his career with West Ham United, where he developed through their academy system and featured as part of their matchday Premier League squad in the 2023/24 season.

Knightbridge also spent time on loan at Harrow Borough in the 2022/23 season and Braintree in the 2024/25 season, as well as making one cap for the England Under-18 team. Jacob has a promising future in the game and continues to enhance his skills and knowledge within Oxford United’s goalkeeping department.
