Gatlin O'Donkor climbed through the academy ranks and, at one point, held the record as the youngest player to ever play for Oxford United.

Since then Gatlin has played over 65 times for The U's and spent the 2024/25 season at Bristol Rovers, where he featured 28 times and scored four goals.
