In response to feedback from the 2025/26 End of Season survey, the Club have put in place a range of new initiatives over recent months designed to improve the supporter experience, with enhancements to family engagement, accessibility, retail and matchdays.

Listening to and acting on your feedback remains a key part of our Fan Engagement Plan, and we will continue to enhance supporter engagement through a wide range of channels, creating more opportunities to listen, communicate and collaborate with our fanbase.

Some of the changes we have made based on what you told us include:

  • Olly’s Den will now be open for all home league fixtures, providing a dedicated space for families and kids
  • Launched a new matchday competition for young supporters with the introduction of the Olly’s Den winner’s pack, featuring a medal and cap
  • Created a new, fully branded players’ entrance giving fans a better opportunity to engage with the team before the game
  • Announced the appointment of a new Disabled Liaison Officer (DLO), Tom Phillips, and actively supporting fans in establishing a Disabled Supporters’ Association in partnership with Level Playing Field, as well as facilitating online forums for disabled supporters.
  • Refurbished and upgraded the Sensory Room with the support of the Club’s Principal Partner, Baxi
  • Installed new signage to help with wayfinding to the Club Shop and overflow car park, and added flags with gate numbers
  • Agreed a partnership with a new traffic management company and we’ll continue to monitor feedback to help make journeys home as smooth as possible
  • Introduced a women’s cut replica shirt across all three kits for the 2026/27 season, addressing requests for greater choice

The survey also highlighted further opportunities to build greater excitement and family friendliness before, during and after the game, alongside improving directional information for first-time visitors. These remain important areas for continued consideration as the Club looks to make matchdays welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.

Whilst we may not be able to address every issue immediately, supporter feedback helps us understand where improvements are most needed and inform plans. Please keep an eye out for future surveys and other ways to engage with us.
