Oxford United Women’s Adobe WFA Cup adventure continues this Sunday as they welcome Middlesbrough to the MGroup Stadium (1:00pm kick off).
United reached the Fourth Round courtesy of wins against Hashtag United, Luton Town, and Plymouth Argyle. They now face a Boro side that sits sixth in the Northern Premier League (the equivalent division to the Southern Premier League, in which the U’s compete).
Under manager Liam Gilbert, Oxford are on a five-game winning streak and will be looking to extend their run on Sunday.
The Teessiders reached this stage of the competition thanks to a 3-0 win over AFC Fylde, having previously beaten Cheadle Town Stringers 4-0 and Northampton Town 3-0. Last time out, Boro were beaten 3-0 at Burnley in the quarter-finals of the National League Cup.
Join us this Sunday for what promises to be an unmissable game, with a place in the Fifth Round up for grabs. There is always a great welcome at the MGroup Stadium, with a well-stocked bar in the clubhouse plus the fantastic Burnout BBQ offering great food. There’s a chance to meet the players and take part in the half-time activities and competitions.
Tickets are available HERE or on the gate. Prices are £8 for adults; £4 for over 65s, Blue Light Card holders, and men’s season ticket holders; £3 for under 18s; and £2 for under 13s. Under 5s have free admission.
