Oxford United Women are delighted to confirm the players who will remain at the Club ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Following the conclusion of the campaign, a number of players have agreed new contracts to remain with United.
Alice Bussey, Bethany-May Wookey, Ellie-Mae Richardson, Emma Thompson, Grace Palmer, Holly Manders, Jenna Legg, Kate Wiseman, Maisy Barker, Nicola Gibson, Ruby Sealey and Shaunna Jenkins have all renewed their deals and will continue to represent Oxford United Women next season. Alice is working hard to get back for the new season after a successful operation on an ACL injury sustained.
The Club can also confirm that Riva Casley remains under contract for the forthcoming campaign, while the option to extend Naomi Bedeau's contract has been exercised.
Retaining such a strong core of the squad provides an excellent platform as preparations begin for the 2026/27 season. The group has played a key role throughout the past campaign, and their continued commitment reflects the progress being made both on and off the pitch.
Women's Manager, Liam Gilbert, said: "We're really pleased to have secured the futures of so many important players. They have all contributed significantly to the development of the squad and have shown great commitment to what we're building at Oxford United.
"The continuity this gives us is incredibly valuable as we look ahead to next season. We believe this group has plenty more to achieve together and we're excited to continue that journey."
Everyone at Oxford United would like to congratulate the retained players and wishes them every success in yellow and blue during the 2026/27 season.
