Oxford United Under-18s take on in form Plymouth Argyle at Oxford City this Tuesday.
A clash which has produced some spectacles recently, most notably when the Yellows knocked Plymouth out of the league cup on penalties last season.
Both sides come into this one on the back of some good form, with United winning five of their last seven. The Young U’s came up against a formidable Stevenage side last weekend, coming away with a 1-1 draw and being the first side to pick up points against the Boro this season.
Despite Oxford’s recent form, United still sit below the visitors in the league, with Argyle positioning themselves four points above the Yellows.
Tomorrow is another opportunity for both teams to prepare for the third round of the FA Youth Cup, which will see Oxford host Wigan at the Kassam on Wednesday 17 December, whilst Argyle travel to Watford on Monday 15 December.
This is a rescheduled game after the sides were supposed to meet at the OUFC training Ground on Saturday, however the game will now take place tomorrow, Tuesday 9 December at 1:30 PM at the Mgroup Stadium.
