Oxford United are delighted to publish our 2025/26 Fan Engagement Plan, outlining the Club’s commitment to engaging with you, our supporters, throughout the campaign and beyond.
This comprehensive engagement strategy details our ongoing commitment to strengthening the connection between Oxford United and our loyal fanbase.
At the heart of the Club’s fan engagement plan is dialogue, consultation, and collaboration with our fan groups and communities. It ensures supporters can provide input into enhancing and improving the matchday and overall fan experience.
A key initiative for the 2025/26 campaign is the formation of the Fan Advisory Board (FAB). The FAB, which confirmed its first board members in August, will enable the Club to strengthen and formalise dialogue with supporters, as well as to leverage their knowledge, experience, insights, and opinions as we work together to shape our future.
Tim Williams, Oxford United’s Chief Executive Officer, said: "I’m really pleased to be able to share details of our new fan engagement plan.
“As we embark on the 2025/26 season, we remain committed to further strengthening the bond between the Club and our supporters. The Fan Engagement Plan reflects our belief that football is more than just a game – it’s a relationship built on trust, passion, and a sense of belonging.
“We’ve listened, we’ve learnt, and now we’re acting. From launching a Fan Advisory Board to matchday experiences and digital innovation, this plan is designed to ensure every fan feels valued and heard. Together, we’ll continue to grow Oxford United, not just as a football club, but as a proud and united community.”
The Fan Engagement Plan will be reviewed on an annual basis.
