Oxford United Women Announce 2026/27 Fixtures

The 2026/27 FA WNL Southern Premier fixtures have been released, with Oxford United Women beginning the new campaign with an away trip to Exeter City.

Liam Gilbert's side will travel to the South West of England on Sunday 16 August for the first of an exciting 22-match season.

United's first home match will take place the following weekend, on Sunday 23 August, against Lewes.

Local rivals Swindon Town will visit the MGroup Stadium on Sunday 11 October, with the reverse fixture taking place on Sunday 4 April.

The final league match before the Christmas break will be a trip to Cheltenham Town on Sunday 6 December, though there may be further fixtures during the festive period should Oxford progress in cup competitions.

The U's will close their home campaign on Sunday 18 April by hosting AFC Wimbledon. The final match of the 2026/27 season will take place two weeks later, away at newly-promoted Fulham on  Sunday 2 May.

The group stages for the FA WNL Cup have also been announced, with Oxford United taking on Abingdon United, Milton Keynes Dons and Arsenal PGA. The first match of the competition will be a short trip to Abingdon United on Wednesday 26 August.

United finished fourth in the FA WNL Southern Premier last season, with Liam Gilbert's side only losing one league match since his return to the Club in November 2025. Last season also included a memorable run to the Fifth Round of the FA Cup which equalled the Club's previous record.
