Oxford United are pleased to confirm two key appointments within the Club’s backroom staff.
Isaac Alder has been promoted to Head of Analysis, having been part of the Club since 2018.
Oxford born, Isaac has served as First Team Performance Analyst since 2019 and has played a vital role in the Club’s match preparation and performance analysis processes.
His new position represents a deserved step forward and a continued commitment to developing talent from within.
Joining the Club as Head of Athletic Performance is Matt Willmott, who brings extensive experience from across the professional game.
Matt has previously worked with Milton Keynes Dons, Leicester City, and Swansea City, and more recently held roles with the Football Association of Wales as a Physical Performance Coach and with PGMOL as Lead Physical Performance Coach.
Oxford United are delighted to welcome Matt to the Club and to see Isaac take the next step in his career as part of the U’s backroom team.
The Club can also confirm that Joe Moore and Luke Taylor have both left their respective roles as Coach Analyst and Head of Athletic Performance.
