Oxford United Head Coach, Gary Rowett, has been awarded the League Manager Association's Everest Men's Performance of the Week.
Following the U's impressive 3-1 victory away to Bristol City, Gary Rowett was selected as the outstanding performance of the week out of English football.
The LMA panel compromises of LMA Chairman Martin O’Neill OBE, Jess Creighton, Les Ferdinand MBE, Sir Alex Ferguson CBE, Barry Fry, Chris Hughton, Mick McCarthy, Stuart Pearce MBE, Clare Tomlinson, Carla Ward, and Rachel Yankey OBE.
So far this season, the award has gone to managers such as David Moyes, Graham Potter, Andoni Iraola and Arne Slot.
To celebrate the achievement, Gary Rowett invovled the whole backroom staff in the photo, representing the incredible work which goes on behind the scenes to make these results possible.
