We are delighted to share that Oxford United Head Coach, Aaron Ramsey, will be the special guest at August's United Run Dept. event, taking place on Tuesday 4 August at the Club's Training Centre, with runners meeting from 6:00pm!
We’ll be returning to our more traditional 5km distance, but this month’s run comes with a special addition. Aaron will be lacing up his running shoes to join the URD Squad and meet members for the first time since arriving at the Club, giving runners the chance to hit the road alongside the man leading the team this season.
Aaron will take part in a Q&A, pose for photos and selfies, and chat about pre-season at Oxford United, his plans for the season ahead, and his remarkable playing career. He'll then join us for a relaxed 5km run, starting and finishing at Oxford United's Training Centre.
And, as is so often the case, our friends at Missing Bean will be waiting at the finish with well-earned post-run snacks.
