Oxford United Women’s team are looking for a Head Coach to lead the Development Team.
This role will report to the General Manager and the successful candidate will be responsible in managing the team of staff and players working towards the long-term plan of the club.
The primary focus of this role is to develop young talented players to gain opportunities within the first team
The Development Team play in the in the FAWNL South Central and South East Reserve Division, winning the League and Cup double last season.

Training nights are Tuesday and Thursday with games on Sundays.
