Oxford United's Under 18s enter the FA Youth Cup tonight when they take on Bridgwater United.
The first round tie will be played at Oxford City’s Court Place Farm on Wednesday 1st of November, with kick off at 7PM.
The Academy had their best ever run in the FA Youth Cup last season, reaching the quarter-finals for the first time in club history before being knocked out by Manchester City. Full back Richard McIntyre told OUFC.co.uk
“Last year is a massive inspiration, obviously you look back at the memories of that together, the changing rooms after, the excitement beforehand. You just want to be a part of it and the whole team together.
“Obviously, there’s excitement around the dressing room but I think you've got to get around the boys who haven’t played in it before and we're just focused on just trying to get the job done.
There's always entertainment in the FA Youth Cup and tickets for tonight are just £6 for Adults and £3 for Over 65/U18
