Oxford United Girls Academy are looking for coaches and support staff to join the team.

The programme goes from strength to strength, providing a fantastic pathway for promising young players to play the game, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about taking the profile of the women's game to the next step.

A range of roles are available at the club within the RTC(Academy) & Development Centre

• Coaching roles across YDP and Foundation Phase
• Medical
• Performance
• Support staff roles – Medical cover, S&C, Video Analyst, Safeguarding & Welfare.
