The Oxford United match programme has picked up another accolade, being named in the top ten in the country by Soccer Club Swap Shop.
The award is an important measure for football programmes as it is judged by genuine programme enthusiasts who ranked United’s programme as third in League 1: our congratulations to Portsmouth and Shrewsbury Town, the top two.
Communications Manager Chris Williams told himself:
“It’s always nice for the programme team to get a little recognition for their hard work. A good match programme is something we are all very proud of so congratulations to Martin Brodestky, the editor, and everyone who helps us with either words or images. A special mention to Alchemy who design our programme as well as Brighton and Wolves - it means they have 1,2 and 10 in the list which is some going!
“We are already hard at work thinking up new ideas for next season and I loved working on the interactive programme for the play-off game, which was very well received. Who knows what the future holds for programmes but I hope that fans enjoy reading them as much as we enjoy producing them.”
