Flags Fly Again

Have your flag on display at Wembley on Monday

10 July 2020

After the fantastic display of flags at Monday’s semi-final fans are invited to support Karl and the team once again by helping turn one end of Wembley yellow for Monday night’s play-off final against Wycombe Wanderers.

This Sunday a group of volunteers organised be Supporters Trust OxVox will be filling the stands at Wembley with Yellow and Blue.

Flags that were at Monday’s game will be automatically taken to Wembley, including the magnificent Jim Smith surfer which dominated the display.

Would you like your flag at Wembley?

Then bring it to the stadium frm 11am to 1pm on Saturday where the Oxvox team will be waiting by the bronze Ox to collect new flags before taking them to Wembley

Please bring them in a labelled bag to make it easier to return them when collection is possible in the coming weeks- details will be provided on how to pick up your flag.

Usual rules apply- nothing offensive will be allowed and all flags will be monitored by the authorities at Wembley to check their messages are suitable, but  get behind the U's and  your flags and banners and add to the spectacle at a huge game for the U’s.
