Oxford United central defender Rob Dickie was the fans' choice for the Cabling Company Player of the Month for December.
Dickie was a rock at the back throughout December, playing every minute of all seven games and helping the side to four clean sheets.
As a result, the Oxford United supporters voted overwhelmingly for Dickie as their player of the month for December and he was presented with his award on the Kassam Stadium pitch before the Emirates FA Cup third round tie against Hartlepool United.
