Oxford United's Under 21 game at Southend United on Tuesday has been postponed.
The young U's were due to travel to Southend for their final group game in the Central League Cup.
However with the new Tier levels announced at the weekend discussions were held this morning between the clubs and a decision was reached to reschedule the game for the new year.
This followed a similar discussion yesterday in which the Women's game at Plymouth was also postponed but neither postponement has any impact on Boxing Day where the first team take on AFC Wimbledon at the Kassam Stadium as planned.
