Oxford United have been drawn to play AFC Wimbledon at home in the first round of the Carabao Cup
Ties are scheduled to be played over the weekend of 5th/6th September. Clubs are able to mutually agree an alternative date prior to the start of the international window which commences on 31st August.
The draw for the EFL Trophy takes place later today live on Talk Sport Radio at approximately 1.30pm
United have been pre-drawn in Group D in that alongside Walsall and Bristol Rovers and that group will be completed by one of eight invited clubs: Arsenal, Brighton and Hove Albion, Chelsea, Fulham, Norwich, Southampton, West Bromwich Albion or West Ham United.
League 1 fixtures will be announced at 9am on Friday.
