Oxford United’s match against league leaders Ipswich Town on Saturday 16th November has been postponed following the call up of two Ipswich players into the England Under 20 squad.
Alan Judge has also been called up by the Republic of Ireland and Armando Dobra had already been called up by Albania.
This means that four eligible players will be unavailable and Under EFL rules Ipswich were able to request a postponement which the EFL accepted.
Due to the continued involvement of both clubs in cup competitions a new date has yet to be arranged.
Tickets purchased for the original fixture will still be valid for the new date. When the date has been confirmed, supporters who had purchased match tickets from Oxford United that are unable to attend will be able to claim a full refund of the price of the ticket provided it is returned to the ticket office no later than 12 noon on the last working day before the game.
This means that our next scheduled home league game is now on Saturday 7th December when Shrewsbury Town are the visitors.
